Having 60 shops in Hong Kong and a 15,000 square-foot workshop, Sunshine Laundry Convenience Store Co., Ltd. has been expanding over the last decade. However, they are also facing the problem of rapidly increasing energy consumption, which is costly to the business as well as our environment.

We help the company to mitigate such impact by incorporating energy-saving measures into its day-to-day operations. Starting with an assessment of its energy consumption efficiency, we then came up with the suggestions of using heat wasted from air conditioners for drying clothes.
